Finally Friday (Nov 21, 2025) - Week

Week four... We might really be on to something! This week has been full of challenges, then of course Friday had it's on surprise for me. You know in the past when I started something like this, I would have made an excuse for not posting today. But I'm really working on keeping my word to myself. And even though it's later than the other Finally Fridays, I'm still managing to get it out. So here are the three things this week that got me through it.

FORCE FACTOR Total Beets Ultimate Heart Health Chews

What it is: Beet root gummies, they taste like candy. But have a medicinal effect. I'm not a Doctor, I would consult a Dr before trying anything.

Why it matters: Last week I wrote about my Uncle Larry, and how he passed at 42 from a heart attack. Something about writing about him made me start taking real life actions instead of waiting. I'm 6'3 300 lbs so I know my heart is already working harder than it should be. I've always heard how good beets are for circulation and blood pressure, then last week I kept seeing people talking about this brand. Could be a coincidence, or it could be a warning. I'll go with the latter and test them out. The worst time to start caring about your health is when the doctor tells you you don't have a choice anymore. I'll give an update possibly on IG about the results over time.

Where to get it: Here or most supermarkets

5 Minute Morning Meditation

What it is: Just sitting still breathing for 5 minutes. Pretty simple.

Why it matters: I wake up with my mind racing daily. Tasks, worries, what I didn't finish yesterday, what I need to do today etc. Playing speed chess every morning was my way to clear my mind. But if I lost those games? Anxious energy for the rest of the morning. Instantly started my day behind.

Replaced it with meditation. I don't even know if I'm doing it right. No app. No Yogi to talk me through it lol. Just sit. Focus on breathing. Let the noise settle.

Five minutes of peace is how I'd describe it, then the other 1,435 minutes aren't controlling you. Just breathing, nothing special.

Give it a shot. You might be surprised how much calm you can create just by not moving for five minutes.

The 100 Envelope Challenge

What it is: A savings binder with 100 envelopes. Each day there is a different amount you must place in the binder. By the time you get to day 100, you will have $5050 saved.

Why it matters: I'm just testing out creative ways to save money. Something simple with out a bunch of planning. Kinda removes the thinking aspect and lets you automate the process. I look at the day and amount, fill it then go on with my day.

And then there is the consistency thing. I'm enjoying this re-creation of myself and sticking to my word. Just brick by brick building myself in to the person I see in my head. So daily showing up saving a certain amount is almost spiritual for me.

Where to get it: Here.

That's week 4. Stay proactive. Stay still when needed. Stack my small wins.

The universe rewards consistency.

I'll see you next week.
